  • Translate business needs into the design, development, and support of business intelligence solutions to conduct risk and compliance testing and support day-to-day operations.
  • Evaluate and determine course of action and communication of decisions for complex business data, and analytics questions.
  • Oversee ad-hoc analytics, including data review and analysis, that provide data driven answers to stakeholder questions.
  • Project planning and tactical execution: propose strategic plans and communicate on statuses and risks in a timely manner.
  • Develop employees through training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide solutions to implement them.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines, communicating issues to stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain documentation of key process and controls relevant to areas of responsibility.
  • Lead high-impact work focused on efficiency and optimization efforts across the Enterprise Compliance organization.

The Skills You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant areas (data analysis, business stakeholder management and process improvement)
  • 5+ years leadership experience.
  • Banking, financial services, data analysis, and/or Business Intelligence specific experience preferred.
  • Advanced degree in Data Science or Data Analysis preferred.
  • Experience with on-prem and cloud data warehouses, SQL, BI tools, and other programming languages preferred.
  • Ability to display complex data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to manage and develop analytics and reporting professionals.
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders on gathering requirements, to prioritize workload and to balance multiple initiatives and efforts.
  • Ability to identify, manage and resolve critical issues under pressure.
  • Ability to learn quickly, flexible to change, and to solve problems dynamically.
