Responsabilités principales des assistants-gérants de Centre d’entreposage :

  • S’occuper de transactions, de locations et de service à la clientèle.

  • Tenir des dossiers réguliers, détaillés et complets.

  • Assurer la propreté et la sécurité du site d’entreposage.

  • Aider le gérant ou la gérante de Centre d’entreposage à diriger et motiver le personnel du Centre.

Qualifications minimales pour les assistants-gérants de Centre d’entreposage :

  • Un permis de conduire ainsi que la capacité de maintenir un bon dossier de conducteur.

  • D’excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle.

  • Un souci du détail.

Exigences physiques :Ce travail requiert des actions comportant de l’effort physique comme rester sur place autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur pendant de longues périodes de temps, parcourir des espaces ainsi que se repositionner pour atteindre et utiliser des outils. Il faut aussi pouvoir déplacer un minimum de 23 kg (50 lb) avec ou sans aide.

Storage Center Assistant Manager Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle transactions, storage rentals, and customer service

  • Keep regular, detailed, and complete records

  • Ensure cleanliness and security of storage site

  • Assist Storage Center Manager with directing and motivating center personnel

Storage Center Assistant Manager Minimum Qualifications:

  • Driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Eye for detail

Physical Demands:The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
