Position: Salesforce - IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Remote (with limited travel to NE)

Salary: $100-130K + exceptional benefits

Wanted - A diligent Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure superior quality of our client company Salesforce applications.

Keys Responsibilities:

Direct Testing:

• Understand credit workflows, develop and execute test cases.

• Execute testing for sprint items and document results.

• Participate in sprint ceremonies, improve products and processes.

Test Automation Building:

• Identify candidates for automation, build and maintain current automations.

• Monitor overall Salesforce org health, proactively maintain and adjust software.

Testing Mentorship:

• Provide guidance on testing options, review and provide feedback on test cases, results.

• Mentor team members on best testing practices.

Requirements:

Skills & Abilities:

• Experience with testing automation and test management tools (Copado Robotic Testing, Copado Explorer, Zephyr Scale).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Internet-based solutions.

Education and Training:

• Computer Science Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.

• 3 years of Salesforce testing experience.

• Salesforce certifications preferred.

Requirements
